The Importance of PAIN

Regardless of race, religion, gender, there are several things that all humans have in common. Things that make us who we are.

We all have one of the most powerful things this world has. In my opinion, it is the single most underestimated thing in the world. Something so powerful, it literally DRIVES life. Something that is the reason for so many things that happen, every minute, every second.

This is...the human MIND.

Our mind is so incredibly powerful, we are still learning new things about it each day. The mind evolves and changes throughout a lifetime. Changing after every experience, growing with education, maturing through new relationships.

It is our mind that drives us. It is our mind that determines so much, that we do not even realize it.

First, our mind creates our THOUGHTS.

From the moment we wake up, to the moment we go back to sleep, our mind is filled with thoughts. One thing about the human mind, it never stops. If it stops, you're dead. You are always thinking, sometimes even multiple thoughts at once.

It is our basic thoughts that define us.
Some of us are positive thinkers and others are negative thinkers. However, this is a much more simple concept then most realize.

In life, we all go through ups and downs. Negative times never stop. I don't care who you are. Even if you are an amazing person who volunteers and gives all their time to charity, has a million friends, huge house, anything you can ever dream will still go through negative experiences.

That's Life. Simple as that. We all go through it. Times we're depressed, times we doubt ourselves, times where we want to be a different person.

These negative experiences are tough. There are not easy. However, they are ESSENTIAL.

Yes, that right. Essential. Without negative experiences, what kind of person can you really become?

Many of us go though negative experiences and say things like:
"Why does this have to happen to me?"
"I don't deserve this."
"I wish this kind of stuff never happened to me."

Why did I become a Life Coach? I've learned at an early age that life isn't what I thought it would be. I have learned that getting hurt is the only way to become stronger.

"Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny." - C.S. Lewis
"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning how to dance in the rain." - Vivian Greene

The negative thinkers of the world get caught up in these negative thoughts. They let these thoughts define them and drive their lives.

What is the difference between positive and negative thinkers? Positive thinkers know that all negative experiences are TEMPORARY.

That is IT. That is the ONLY difference.

Tough times don't last. Tough people do.

Just like negative experiences will never stop, there will always be negative people on this earth. Do NOT be one of them.

Know that all negative experiences are temporary. KNOW that you will get through it. KNOW that it will make you stronger.

Without negative experiences, you cannot become the person you want to me.

Without negative experiences, you cannot achieve your dreams.

You WILL go through tough times. That's life.

Michael Jordon was cut from his high school team. Steve Jobs was fired from the company he started. JK Rowling was rejected from numerous publishing companies. Walt Disney was told that he had no potential, no imagination.

We ALL go through it.

Because we need to.

Know that tough times are temporary. Get through it. Learn you're lesson. #GrowNOW

Our New Reality. Our New Largest Distraction.

There is no doubt that the world we live in today is changing exponentially. What we considered normal, typical, and usual 10 years ago is out the window. We live in a new reality.

We get our information on a daily basis differently than we did even FIVE years ago. We interact differently. We chose to spend our time in ways that were not even possible a decade ago.

Instead of waking up to read the newspaper, we read our Facebook newsfeed. We learn about what is going on in other people's lives instead of what is going on in the world. We read twitter instead of watching the news. We text instead of call. We FaceTime instead of visiting. We use our phone GPS instead of asking for directions. We all have a platform to instantly tell hundreds, thousands of our friends/colleagues/acquaintances what we are doing, what we are eating, how often we go to the gym. We use that platform to instantly let thousands of people know our opinions about any given topic.

And most importantly. We rarely live with many questions, doubts, or uncertainly.

Why? Because we can instantly Google anything.

The internet has changed our lives in ways we could have never dreamed of. My generation of people born in the late 80's were able to see it all. The huge computers where you could only play games, and you had to type in weird code just to make it work. Then the internet came and it was slow and only had about 10 websites. Everything went through America Online. The computer sounded like a fax machine every time you wanted to connect to the internet. You even couldn't be on the house phone and the internet at the same time. Then came "cable internet" and the wait time completely vanished. Without even realizing it, you would spend much more time on the computer. Come home from school, go on the computer and message your friends instead of going outside.

But NOW - all of those computers that we wasted hours on instead of going outside - are in our pockets.

Lets be honest. They are NOT phones. They are computers. Smart phones today are more powerful that ANY computer from 1990. And they are hand-sized and fit in our pockets. We take them everywhere we go.

Anytime we get bored, have a question, need to see what other people are doing, want to take a picture, get lost, want to hear music, want to talk to a friend, want to send a e-mail, want to watch a video, movie, or TV show, need a calculator, need to know the weather for the week, need to know the score of the ballgame, need to book a plane ticket, want to find a place to we ask other people? NO - we use our phones. Instantly. Instant gratification.

We live in a world of SELF and instant gratification.

The internet and the rapid never-ending availability of it has changed us. ALL of us.

Most notably - It has changed the way we interact with one another.

And this is something that is grossly underestimated.

Food. Water. Shelter. AND Human Interaction.

It IS a basic human necessity.

The way that it has changed and diminished, has changed us. We are different people now. Our ancestors would not even know what do to with us.

But we must realize - WE do not even know what to do with US.

Our reliance on technology has changed the way we behave, think, and react.

We have become so used to the instant gratification of knowledge and information, that it seems we have disabled ourselves from allowing information to come into our minds any differently.

We have greatly diminished our ability to GROW.

Today, kids are introduced to this new technology at a very early age. The age of Language Acquisition. The age where our brains are like sponges and soak in the information around us.

Look at any child development book from before smartphones. How do they say babies learn? From watching, imitating, and positive reinforcement.

I am sure we all know one baby or toddler that knows how to unlock an iPad, type in the password, and find his/her favorite game amongst the numerous apps.

That is NOT a skill worth having.

These children will play simple games where they are able to use their index finger to accomplish goals. A small cheering sound will play when they get something right, and they are immediately able to move on to the next task, without ever being able to bask in their accomplishment.

The key here is that they are using their finger to accomplish the goal. NOT their voice.

Why do you think language delays are on the rise? More parents are getting upset over the lack of words their child is able to say by 3 years old.

And there is no doubt that these effects linger into teenage and adult years.

I am sure all of us have been caught staring into our phones an inopportune times. I am just as guilty as everyone else.

I have been in the middle of conversations where I have pulled out my phone to check the time, facebook, instagram, and text messages.

The MIDDLE of an actual human conversation. That is a serious problem.

Like I said earlier, human-human interaction is a basic human necessity. I see a major correlation to the decrease in human-human interaction and the increase in gun violence across the country.

What is happening here is that we are falling away from what makes us special. We are moving away from what allows us to GROW.

I have said many times in this blog that meeting new people is one of the most important things you will do in your life. They will forever be more interesting than any movie or TV show you will watch. Every person is a UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL, with their own stories, experiences, and opinions.

As human beings we learn the most from meeting new people.

"Oh I never saw it that way!" - That is a strong quote! That is something you say after having an intellectual quote with another person.

Stepping out of your comfort zone is key to personal growth. How can you grow if you are glued to your phone? How can you grow if you all of your relationships are technological?

Part of what makes us special as human beings is our ability to empathize, love, motivate, and help others. We FEEL for one another. We have the ability to LOVE, LEARN, and LAUGH with one another. We cannot do this to our fullest potential if we do not have REAL RELATIONSHIPS.

Do you have a goal you want to accomplish? Do you want to achieve something? Do you want a better life with more success? OF COURSE YOU DO! Everyone does! Everyone wants to be something better, something bigger.

I am telling you right now. The road to success is NOT easy. If you want to be great and you want to achieve something great. You have to go out there and EARN it.

Malcolm Gladwell describes it in his 10,000 hour rule. Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team. He didn't give up, he practiced and outworked his competition. He became the greatest athlete of all time. Everyone that has true success worked for it. They had a passion and love for what they were doing. Just like I do with this blog and Life Coaching people in need.

This blog is all about helping others. I want to be all about helping others. I want other people to be happy and get what they deserve.

And the simple matter is that success does not come without the sacrifice of distractions.

The beloved cell-phone of yours is a major distraction. And it is changing you. It is changing the way your brain works and functions. Ever spend a few hours away from your phone? Did you start to get a little anxious and uncomfortable? That's called cell-phone separation anxiety and it is a REAL thing in today's world.

What really worries me is today's schools. How are teachers able to teach with all the kids on their cell phones? Every student has a palm-sized super computer in their pockets. How are kids able to pay attention to the teacher? I am sure their attention spans are shorter than ever. I wonder what recess looks like these days? Are kids playing on the playgrounds and swings? Or are they sitting on the grass playing with their phones and iPads?

This is why I am a major advocate for education reform! We are different people now, so education should change along with our changes. No more common core!

In order to achieve your wildest dreams you need to have tunnel vision and focus on what is important in life. Your friend's facebook status or newest instagram picture is not what's important.

Pick up a book. Do some research into what you love. Attain wisdom. Learn a new skill. Achieve Mastery.

Make the necessary sacrifices. Make the right choices. And you will Grow NOW.

What Is Stopping You?

In the middle of South Africa, a Lion goes between oncoming heavy traffic to attack it's prey.

The lion would not let anything stop it from getting what it wanted, what it felt it needed.

Have you gotten what you want, what you feel you need?

What is stopping you?

The Funny Thing about Advice...

Over the past year, I have started a new journey as a Life Coach.

First, I was lucky enough to work in a Speech-Pathology clinic, where the owner liked how I worked with some of the older clients. These clients had different issues relating to speech. Some of these clients had pragmatic issues, meaning they needed some assistance with the social aspects of speech. Others had a previous brain injury, and they needed help getting their brain and thoughts working properly again.

I never saw any of these clients as "disabled" or anything like that at all. I completely saw all of their issues as temporary road-blocks.

Most importantly, I did not approach these clients thinking that they had a true "issue."

I simply saw them as individuals who need a fresh change of perspective and an increase in confidence. I noticed that they would enjoy coming to clinic and talking to the therapists. In a way it was a "forced" interaction, as opposed to walking up to stranger on the street. However, many of them really enjoyed it, and it was obvious that it was a highlight of their day.

These were my favorite clients to work with. I simply wanted them to see themselves the way that I saw them. And as I have stated again and again in this blog, I believe that ANYONE CAN BE GREAT.

I see people as unique individuals, everyone with their own experiences and stories to tell. The people you meet in this world will forever be more interesting than any book you will read or movie you will see.

It was a pleasure working with them and helping them to see themselves and their lives in a different light. It was an experience that changed my life forever.

Since working at that clinic, I have been lucky enough to meet several families that have asked me to work with their children. All of these children are above the age of 18, and they simply need someone to help them organize their thoughts and properly manage their time and future.

I have had great success with the majority of the clients I have worked with. I get to know them on a personal level, and help them in anyway that I can.

I absolutely love doing it. I have a passion for it, and hearing the positive remarks from the parents has been one of the greatest joys I have ever felt. I plan on doing this for the rest of my life.

I have always loved helping others. All my life I have always been the "motivator" amongst my group of friends. Giving them positive reinforcement, and tidbits of advice that can help them in the short and long-term. Growing up, I had much older parents than anyone else my age. This caused me to really love my friends and appreciate the time I was able to spend with them.

I feel like I have always been able to give great advice because of the personal difficult times that I have been through. I have made countless mistakes, been an outcast, been left-out, been fired, been laid-off, been rejected. The list goes on. When I went through these tough times, I made sure to really remember how it made me feel, so that when things got better I can truly appreciate it. Being so aware of my emotions when I was down, has helped me greatly in my work today with coaching. I will never forget exactly what I went through, and what I had to do to get out of it or make up for it.

Now, I find myself coaching these young men and helping them get on track during some of the most crucial years of their lives. I take everything I say to them very seriously. I do not just do what many people may think I do. I do NOT just tell them that they are great, and they are capable, and they can do everything they set their mind to. All the cliche stuff. I do NOT do those things.

I speak from the heart. I tell them stories of things I have been through, and I how I got out of it.

I always tell them, "I want to help you to not make the same mistakes I did."

I always take note of some of the advice I give them. And when I come home, I sit and think about it.

Advice really is a very funny thing.

Much of it sounds great, and can motivate the heart and really get the blood flowing.

But where does it really come from? And what does it really mean?

What I have come to realize is that a lot of advice that people give others, are bits of advice they know that they need for themselves.

Meaning - people do NOT usually practice what they preach.

I am as guilty of that as anyone. Take a look through my previous blog posts. Take a look through the Life Cleanse I wrote up.

My life today is still filled with distractions, and I have a tough time eliminating them. I still make dumb mistakes everyday. I do not manage my time well. I still let people down who I care about. I still go an entire day without trying something new or stepping out of my comfort zone. I still have SO MUCH to learn about the things in life that are important to me.

Just about every piece of advice I have given out - can also greatly benefit my life.

So in the field of coaching, motivational blogging, teaching - always take note of the advice you are giving. Chances are you are saying exactly what YOU NEED TO DO to make your life more efficient and happy.

If you happen to be on the receiving end of advice, sometimes you have to be a bit weary of what you hear.

Maybe that person is telling you what is really best for THEM, not you.

I have a friend who is trying to decide if he should go back to school or start working. He tells me everyone tells him that he should go to school or he will not have a good future.

How do they know that? There are plenty of people who live successful and happy lives without a college degree. How do they know he is ready and mature enough for school? Maybe working for a year can set him up to go back to school later and be more successful.

Advice is funny thing.

Saying something motivational and making it sound great is a lot easier than it looks.

Is Eminem a motivational speaker? No he isn't. But listen to Lose Yourself, 8 Mile, or Rabbit Run and tell me your not motivated. Is Sylvester Stallone a motivational speaker? No. But listen to the one-liners from the Rocky movie and tell me your blood doesn't boil.

Anyone can come up with a fancy quote, make a nice image of it and post it on Instagram (just made an Instagram by the way ---> MGM_GrowNOW ---> be sure to follow) and act like they are super motivational.

Take a look at your instagram feed. People do it everyday! Especially girls to be honest. Some will post pictures of themselves in mirror getting ready for work, and they will put a motivational quote or an inspirational rap lyric at the bottom. People do it with pictures of themselves at the gym. They will be flexing in the mirror and put a motivational quote at the bottom like they are Socrates or Ralph Waldo Emerson.

I am not bashing these people, it is actually fun to do! Also - coming up with something else to write isn't that easy either.

But think about it - putting a motivational quote under a picture you posted at 7am on a Monday morning getting ready for work. Is that really for other people to see and read so that "they can grind like you"?

That motivational quote is for you. To help you get through your Monday at work. And I really can't blame you for it.

Advice is a funny thing.

Its amazing how as humans we can spend so much energy telling people what is better for them and what changes they need to make...when in reality chances are we do NOT practice what we preach.

Chances are... that advice is best suited for OURSELVES.

Next time you go to help out a friend and you give them some advice, think to yourself.

Is this something I need to do? Is this something that would make my life better?

Chances are the answer is YES. And there is nothing better than Self-Improvement.

Improve yourself so that you are better suited to help others.

Practice what you preach, and Grow NOW.

This is what I did.

This is what I HAD TO DO.

This is what made me who I am today.
There are few things that make me happier than writing new posts on the Grow NOW Blog
and to be able to share with you things I have done to improve my life, means everything to me. Thank you for taking your time to read my blog, and learn about my life. If I am able to help ONE person then I achieved my dream.

When discussing the various steps of the Life Cleanse, I described how as we get older, our life becomes filled with distractions. These distractions distract us from who we truly are. We are born UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS. We have very specific strengths, weaknesses, and talents, we have a specific confidence and self-worth that makes us truly special. As we get older, distractions come into our lives, as we begin to CONFORM and VEER OFF COURSE.

These distractions begin during our school-age years and linger into adulthood. They do not change us for the better, they change us for the worse.

We ALL have dreams. We all want to be something better, something bigger. These distractions keep us from achieving our wildest dreams and truly using our talents as they were meant to be used.

My life was filled with distractions.

I lost sight of who I am and what made me, ME.

I forgot about my passions, my own life, my future.

I cared more about having fun in the moment, keeping my friends happy, and doing what everyone else was doing.

I was NOT GROWING. I was not getting better everyday. I was not fulfilling my dreams.

I had a college degree, and I was working a dead-end job that had nothing to do with my college major. I was surrounded by "friends" who would never bend over backwards for me. I neglected family. I neglected my future. I neglected myself.

When I suddenly lost my dead-end job, it was a major wake up call. For the first time in a long time, I took a step back and analyzed my life.

I had accomplished NOTHING. I was in my mid-twenties, and I had NOTHING to be proud of.

What had I done to make my parents proud of me? What had I done to prove all the thousands of dollars they spent on me for college was worth it? What had I done to put myself in good position to one day get married and have a family of my own?

I was TOO DISTRACTED to accomplish ANYTHING.

I had a negative perspective. I was surrounded by fake friends. I ignored my family. I did not respect my environment. I was glued to my cell phone and social media. I barley exercised. I did not make healthy choices. I never self-reflected.

Instead of growing everyday, learning and getting wiser, I was hurting myself and moving farther away from my goals and dreams.

I felt like a failure. I felt like a loser. I WAS a loser. I was not a person who commanded respect. I blended in with everyone else. I had not grown, I had not achieved.

I needed to cleanse my life of all my distractions.

For the first time ever, I did a true self-reflection.

I needed to make A LOT of changes.

I took note of all the changes I made, and I created the Life Cleanse.

The 10-Step Life Cleanse is exactly what I did to improve my life.

I changed who I surrounded myself with. I changed how I spend time with family. I changed my environment. I changed how I took care of my body. I changed how I spent my days. I changed my entire view on time management.  I changed how I thought and how my mind worked.

Positivity and improvement literally began to flow in.

Great, positive people began to flow in to my life. My bond with my parents became stronger than ever, which in turn improved their lives as well. I lost weight, got stronger, and slept better. I stepped out my comfort zone each day and learned something new everyday. I attained wisdom. I matured. I experienced. I learned. I GREW.

I now find myself in a field that I love. I am educated and prepared to help children and families and to improve their lives for the better. I have the greatest friends I have ever had. I have a beautiful girlfriend. I take my time on this earth very seriously.

All because I made a CHANGE.

I stepped out of my comfort zone and made a CHANGE.

I did not sit still. I did not say "oh well."

I said "I am better than this"

"I deserve better than this."

I have dreams. I have goals. I have aspirations.

I REFUSE to blend in.

I want you to cleanse your life of distractions.

The Grow NOW Life Cleanse: The Final Two Steps

There are a few things I say on this blog that you will see over and over again:

1) EVERYONE wants to be something better, something bigger (everyone has vast goals)
2) ANYONE can be great
3) Everyone is a UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL, with unique talents no one else has
4) It is life's DISTRACTIONS that veer us off course

The main point is that everyone has dreams. Everybody wants to have more money, have a nicer home, have a better job, live in a nicer area, own a yacht, travel the world, meet great people, see great things.

ANYONE can be great. Anyone can achieve these goals regardless of age, race, gender, religion, or starting point. Of course others will have larger obstacles to overcome than others, but as you have always heard, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

Every person on this earth is a unique individual. There are no duplicates. There is only one you. You see and hear the world differently than everyone else. You have had different experiences that everyone else. You had a different upbringing than everyone else. You have different strengths and weaknesses. You have different likes and dislikes. This is what make the world turn. Our differences. Of course, it is our differences as people that cause the vast majority of turmoil on this earth. But that is complete irony, because it is also the most beautiful thing about the human race. We are all born unique individuals, with a direct path in our lives we are meant to follow.

That is until life's distractions begin to interfere. In a previous post I posed the question: "Do you remember who you were before people told you who you ought to be?" We live in a world full of distractions. We first encounter many of these distractions when we are between the ages of 10-18, when our brain and mind are most vulnerable and malleable. We are just beginning to figure ourselves out. Our peers are too young and immature to not be overly judgmental. Our self-consciousness is at an all-time peak. We begin to change who we truly are so that we can "fit in" with the people around us.

But we were beautiful and unique to begin with. We are just too young to truly realize that.

These changes that take place during our young teenage lives linger into adulthood.

These distractions change us, not for the better, but for the worse.

They veer us off course, and do not allow us to take advantage of what makes us special and unique.

We must Cleanse Our Lives of these distractions and RECREATE the road to success.

I realized my countless mistakes a few years back. I took note of all the changes I made to get myself back on track, and to become the person I was always meant to be.

It is my pleasure to share these changes with you: The Grow NOW Life Cleanse.

Steps 1-5

Steps 6-8

The Grow NOW Life Cleanse Steps 9 & 10

9) Create a Vision Board

There is nothing in life that you will have to work harder for than the pursuit of your dreams. And nothing will be more fulfilling once the dream has been accomplished.

The famous quote is:
"Suffer now and life the rest of your life as a champion" - Muhammad Ali

Malcolm Gladwell discusses this in his wonderful book Outliers. The magic number is 10,000.

10,000 hours to achieve mastery of a skill. 10,000 hours of PHW. Pure Hard Work.

Science of the mind had proven the advantages of visual aids with learning and motivation. The perfect visual aid for accomplishing a major life goal: a vision board.

What makes a vision board so great? It can be just like YOU.

You can personalize it and make it just as unique as the person that you are. If you are more of a private person, it can be for your eyes only. If not, you can display up on your wall for all to see.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to vision boards by a great true friend of mine, who I have mentioned before, who was kind enough to make one for me.

Having everything right in front of you and seeing everything visually truly changes everything.

She put images of a beach house, which I had briefly mentioned was always a dream of mine. She put images of myself and my girlfriend and fun little baby names I had told her about. She put images of myself as a Speech-Language Pathologist, something I will be doing for the rest of my life, and hopefully changing the lives of children and families.

And finally she put images of myself as a Life Coach. Images of myself speaking to large crowds. Crowds of people enjoying what I am saying, and helping them accomplish their goals and change their lives for the better, forever.

A few days after first viewing this vision board...I began the Grow NOW blog. Was it the vision board that finally motivated me to begin? Maybe. It's difficult to say, as it was realy a multitude of reasons that made me start this blog. But there is no doubt that it helped.

Seeing your dreams visually on a board in front of you is a feeling that is truly indescribable. It simply makes your dreams more real.

It gives you a sense that your dreams and truly attainable and there is no reason why you cannot achieve your wildest dreams.

A vision board will help you focus on your dreams and have better manage your time. Better time management means you are dealing with life's distractions in a positive way.

So go ahead. Creat a vision board. Remember, nobody else has to see it. As long as you look at it each day. That is all that matters.

The benefits truly have to be seen to be believed.

10) Self-Reflect on Sunday's

Remember: 10,000 hours to achieve mastery of a skill.

Mastery of a skill is neccessary to achieve respect, greatness, and the benefits you have dreamed of.

24 hours in a day. 168 in a week. Around 720 in a month.

To achieve the 10,000 hour rule, you would have to work approximately 416 straight days. Well over a year.

This is why Master's, Doctorate, and advanced degree programs take so long. You must work long and hard to attain the neccessary skills to be competent in your field.

Like I said earlier, there will be nothing in your life you will have to work harder for than accomplishing your dreams. And nothing will be more fulfilling.

First, you must cleanse your life of distractions.
Second, with the distractions gone you will be as to surround yourself with the right people and properly manage the time.
Third, with these benefits you will be able to learn your true purpose, skills, and passions. You will learn what truly makes you UNIQUE.
Fourth, you make no more excuses and you work night and day to accomplish your dreams. Because everyone wants to be something better, something bigger.

That fourth step will take a loooooong time. Obviously each person's path to greatness will take different lengths of time, with inevitable mistakes and failures in between. However, there is not doubt that it will take a long time to achieve mastery of your skills.

As you work hard to achieve what you have posted on your vision board, you will no doubt get tired, scared, anxious, and withdrawn.

My reccomendations is to use Sunday, God's day of rest, to take a step back and appreciate what you have accomplished in the previous 6 days.

Review the work you have done. Briefly read over things you have preciously read. Review your vision board. Remind yourself what you are working so hard for.

Keep track of your progress. Every inch counts when you are working toward a lifelong dream. You would be amazed at how many people simply talk about what they want to do, and never take any action. If you are taking ANY action, you are making the right moves. You are doing the right thing.

Even God needed to take a day to rest from all the work he had done. You can do the same. Use this day to spend time with family, true friends, or other loved ones.

Go grab a drink, spend an extra hour at the gym, play a sport, go shopping. Do what makes you happy,

Because you deserve it.

You are taking action.

You are doing what do few do.

Everyone dreams. Few DO.

As you are working your ass off 6 days a week to attain the life you have always dreamed of, you deserve to take one day to appreciate what you have done so far.

Eliminate distractions. Cleanse your life. Find your passion and true calling. Work with strong ambition toward your goals. Grow NOW.

Be YOU and Grow NOW

With the proper use of the Grow NOW Life Cleanse, you can eliminate all distractions that are keeping you from being YOU.

Distractions cause individuals to care too much about other people's lives, thoughts, and feelings. Focus on YOU and achieve your wildest dreams.

Your time is limited during the beautiful life.

All people are born unique individuals. It is the distractions that change us and veer us of our course of success.

Get back to being YOU, the best person you can be.

Eliminate all distractions and Grow NOW.
